The ClientMate database should form the hub of the professional office to which all networked users have access. Client details are thus accessed by all staff members and ‘Standard letters and e-mails’ are created for any individual or group of clients. All correspondence is logged for future reference.
ClientMate:Time is the optional Time and Billing module which integrates with ClientMate for the sending of invoices to Clients either as printed or e-mailed pdf documents.
Full time keeping and recording is included as well as powerful reports for staff productivity and billing performance. Drag’n drop Invoicing make billing a breeze with automatic Pastel integration for the posting of all invoices.
The final version is still under development but should be ready by January 2010. Test users may be considered from December onwards.
