The ClientMate database should form the hub of the professional office to which all networked users have access. Client details are thus accessed by all staff members and ‘Standard letters and e-mails’ are created for any individual or group of clients. All correspondence is logged for future reference.
ClientMate:Tax is the optional Tax module which integrates with ClientMate for the recording of all tax related information including:
- submissions
- assessments
- provisional tax returns
All tax related letters can be individually tailored to suit the firm’s requirements and are automatically generated at the time of submission, assessment or provisional tax run.
